About Carly

Carly believes there’s often more to our experiences than what shows on the surface. What happens to us shapes how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and the beliefs we carry about who we are. Even when we’ve spent a great deal of time trying to understand ourselves, some things can still be difficult to make sense of.

Her approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, with room for honest conversations, blunt truths, vulnerability, and even the walls people may need to keep up. There’s no expectation to have the right words or be ready to share more than feels comfortable. People can be whoever they are, however they are, without needing to fit anyone else’s expectations.

Carly values thoughtful questions, exploring different points of view, and making connections between experiences that might initially seem unrelated. She may share observations or offer possibilities for clients to consider, but there’s no pressure to agree with her or explore anything before they’re ready. Clients are the experts on their own lives, and Carly respects their pace, perspective, and choice in what they want to share or work through. She brings curiosity, an open mind, and a little humor when it fits.
